1. What size board should I get?
This is by far our most common question, and it really comes down to your height, weight, and experience — there's no one-size answer, so the best move is to send us those details and we'll recommend a model and size for you. As a general starting point: our Surf School Super Soft (available from 6'6 up to 9'0, across a range of volumes) is built as an entry-level option for first-timers and complete beginners, and our Little Marley and Mini Beastie Super Soft ranges are aimed at younger or lighter riders. If you're still not sure, just message us your height, weight, and experience level and we'll point you in the right direction.
2. Is this board in stock, and when will it be back if not?
Stock moves quickly and availability changes often, so the fastest way to check is the product page itself. If something you want is marked "Coming Soon" or sold out, use the "notify me when available" option where it's offered, or drop us a message — we don't have a fixed monthly restock calendar to share, but we can give you our best estimate. On fins: most of the Beastie range comes with FCSII fins included, though a few Epoxy Lam colourways run Futures instead, so check the fin type listed on the specific product page. We don't sell fin bolts or sets separately, and note that the Beastie Epoxy Pro is FCSII only — it doesn't come with a Futures option.
3. How does shipping and delivery work?
Our boards ship from our Sydney warehouse, with orders dispatching within 24 hours and delivery generally taking 3–12 business days depending on your location, a little longer for regional and cross-country addresses. We ship Australia-wide and don't currently offer local pickup — though for oversized boards (6'6" and up), some deliveries may be routed to your nearest depot for collection instead of a straight door delivery, depending on your address.
Still got a question? Tell us your height, weight, and what you're after, and we'll help you find the right board.
